Refund policy

Order cancellation:

To cancel an order, please contact-us before it is shipped. This will not incur any charges.

Order returns:

We have never had a return request. However, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
